Has anyone read the Nag Hammadi texts? If so would you recommend them?
I'm not a Christian but just recently a friend recommend I give it a read regardless.

Most important archeological discovery in the 20th century. Definitely read them.
Gnosticism = open source spirituality

I personally couldn't get into the Nag Hammadi. It has a lot of good press, but it struck as very blah.
On the other hand Sumerian stuff intrigues me. "Inanna, Queen of Heaven and Earth" is IMHO a great read.

Come on bro. Your linking me vids by a guy who thinks Prince's death was a hoax.
If you're getting into Gnosticism, they're kinda a must read.

I've tried but there's so much missing content that it's hard to get into.

You'd better never look too deeply into anyone's life, Judge and Jury.
But life is easier when it's black and white.
