I was sitting with my dog letting my eyes close but focusing on my breath this morning around 5am. I heard as clear as day and felt the vibrations of the sound as a man said my first name. I opened my eyes and looked around but I was alone. This is the first time this has ever happened to me. I was not intentionally meditating. What does this mean? Should I reply next time? Should I ignore it or should I tell it to fuck right off?

It's common dude, nobody actually said it, your brain is a powerful thing. If I just may in the quiet and think about nothing sometimes I just hear people yelling my name or talking random stuff. I can listen harder and it gets louder to the point where they're yelling or I can silence and control my thoughts
