This isn't quite paranormal but still strange.

>Forget about it ever happening
>Be walking home from work again today
>Get halfway down the block when I hear tires spin and a car speed up
>I'm still walking and now am in from on like a driveway or loading zone
>guy slams on brakes
>car sides ontop on the side walk blocking my path

>two well dressed dudes get out...more tattoos on arms, both are well dressed wearing rolled up sleeves on their dress shirts.
>walk up to me
>rear window on the car rolls down a bit
>its the dipshit from yesterday
>says something to the two dudes in what sounded like some Slavic language..Russian?
>two dudes ask me if I am giving their "associate" any issues
>I say no...he bumped into me yesterday and then said he would end me
>one of the two dudes ask the car in the car
>He pretends not to know what I'm saying, claiming I am at fault
>two dudes start to argue with him in Russian
>still talking with themselves
>one of the two dudes gets super loud
>pointing at guy in car
>guy scoffs and rolls up window
>one of the two dudes says sorry for the inconvenience we have caused you and goes into his pocket
>oh shit goodbye world
>hands me a hefty wad of cash
>I refuse it...all I want is an apology
>guy knocks on window
>guy rolls down window
>Slavic talking
>guy in car apologizes
>one of the two dudes shakes my hand and say we owe you a favor
>I'm confused but say thanks and go on my way.
>Guy reminds me if I need any help to come find them.
