Yes! He admits to committing atrocities and seems remorseful. He says he hears paws walking upstairs and he shoots at the things through the basement door. The last thing he says is that he's going to use a grenade on them and then he stops posting. Twhen someone posted a link to a news article of a man discovered having committed suicide by grenade a few days after the thread

Well, I like initiating fear and the helplessnes because then I'm at least in control of it, as opposed to all the times in my life when I wasn't.

And on the healthyness, it depends; you have to develop a sense for that yourself, as I can't know you.

It's a way to be in control, until you're dependant on it to give you a hormone rush and anxiety. I'd recommend doing some sports to get more balance if you're lacking that, as the body naturally flooding itself with hormones during it can also be a powerful sensation that //can// help slimming anxiety attacks as the body gets used to the rush.
