Do you think think there is such a thing as a "third eye"? If so,do you think a person can be born with there "third eye" already open or do you have to work at it?can it be worked at,or is it a thing you are destined to have?

I opened mine over a few months, and have spent several years still doing the same meditations.

Middle pillar meditation
Lesser Banishing Ritual
Sa Ta Na Ma Meditation , daily.

And I do P90x yoga, along with some beathing practies from Promethus Rising.

Just start a routine, and make sure you are doing it right.

When you start having astral spirits and shit come fuck with you while you are sleeping, it means it's working.

You,ll have to deal with them, and grow some skin and learn how to fend them off from feeding on you.

You,ll also know if you got it open, if you always show up in photos with light playing from your crown. Also if its functioning, you will know from sycronistity in life and the knowing of the karma and intenion of others.
