A serie following the exploit and misadventure of the Ahnenerbe around the world. Main protagonists have a Mulder&Scully relationship (an occult specialist hired by Himmler & and a Gestapo sceptic investigator send to monitor each expedition)
Episode 1 : Neuschwabenland : Hollow Earth
New-Swabia base established by the Kriegsmarine in Antartica original prupose was to allows Germany a better access to its Japanese ally. They never thought the entry of Hollow Earth was there.
Episode 2 : Hexen-sonderauftrag : Undead army
Amongst the SS physicians send to deal with the sanitarian problem during operation Barbarossa a few attempt to summon an undead army of Teuton Knight to fight on the Eastern Front.
Episode 3 : Dach der Welt : Shangri-la
An expedition to reach the roof of the world and plant the German's flag on it find an unkown valley in the mountain. The weather is unexpectedly pleasant, the inhabitant are all in exceptional physical shape.
Episode 4 : Sonnentor : Taming giant
South American expedition to study the Aztec culture discover a race of dormant giants and try to reanimate them. What could go wrong ? They aren't even in Europe.
Episode 5 : Skandinavinen : Asgard
Icelandic expedition to proove german's Viking ascend and to study the local folklore is confronted with the British invasion of Iceland. The occult scientist have little time to find the Thule's gate.
Episode 6 : Museum : Extinct race
In order to create a musuem of an extinct race, Hitler ordered to retrieve as much Jewish artifact as possible. Dealing with a god you've murdered 6 millions believers shouldn't be a problem for the SS, right ?

While it's true the serie will be more limited in term of paranormal themes, the story offer a better consistency and a much larger universe than the FBI/American agencies
Everything will also have to explain historical events and sometimes offer a double interpretation
For instance, the Ahnenerbe successfully summon an undead army for operation Barbarossa, thus explaining how fast they conquered Russia. But, the other hand the cold temperature of winter prevented further use of reanimated corpse.

Reanimate a race of dormant giants. Giants. For a fight with bullets and shells. Giants even did not survive after a fight with arrows and stones of a sling.
Seems mental age of German Nazi was approximately 18 age.
