For those who don't know, "chip - chan" is an unidentified korean woman who apparently claims she is being held captive by a corrupt cop called "P", and cannot leave her house due to an implanted "verichip" in her ankle.
What makes this case interesting is that the woman has had a 24/7 livestream of her life publically available for many years, and is completely aware of it.
She seems to spend a majority of her time sleeping and rarely, if ever leaves the house.
Can anyone translate the attached picture? (A screenshot from her livestream)

I've been watching the stream for 5 years, and it's been running for possibly up to 8 or 9 years. I'd wager money that it's not fraudulent. There's no reason to fake it. It's just a sad, schizophrenic woman.

Her parents did die leaving her a very large inheritance. She refused to get help for her mental illness. The cop is a family friend who swore to watch over her along with an old couple who run the nearby store and bring her food and other things she needs.

That's not actually true, she stays up far more than that. I've seen here sleep for an hour then get up and move around, also she will spend hours on the computer or leave the building for a couple.
