It's really hard to tell what someone else's constructed symbols mean without knowing them or if they don't leave a guide of some sort. Best I can say...The triangle/teepee shape is stability based and the small stick is an injection part of the spell, a small aspect. As to what they were doing, I've no clue.

Amazing lack of bear knowledge. It's pretty damn rare for a bear to eat anything bigger than a fish. Carrion at the most if they find it, but they're into grubs and berries.

They are cow bones, there are cows in pastures past the forest where i am. i've found a few big piles (only one pile tied up in the tree) i'm assuming sick cows wandered into the woods and were either killed or just died there. Coyotes spread their carcasses all over the place. I've only ever found bear shit in the woods. that was enough to keep me out for a few days
