Last thoughts of a dying man ITT let's talk what comes after, what my thoughts are.
To start, I've always believed in an afterlife but now I dont. I used to believe in God but now I dont. I just want peace, eternal nothingness. Anything after death would be the definition of hell.

Contemplate nothing, nothing is not really a thing that exists as an experience.
So what comes after life is life, life can't die otherwise it wouldn't be life.
Specifically what? That's hard to say, but I assure you, that you will never cease to experience.

I have a great feeling it's a lot like plato's cave.

I have years of experience in altered states of consciousness, mostly Dmt, it's nothing like anything you can imagine as a "thing" because you can't catch or explain it. It's illusive, it has to be.
In my opinion I know exactly what people feel at the point of death, feels like an eternity, well it is because time ain't real but that's hard for us to comprehend here and now.
It's a rememberance then followed by another experience. So you will die and be like" oh now I get it" then you forget again and find yourself in another experience.
Hence where we find ourselves

Many people will try to say it's nothing, but they make the simple mistake of not understanding exactly what nothing is.

Isn't it ironic that even animals see things the average human doesn't. What a ridiculous age.

It's all for jokes. Truly. Life is only as serious as you take it
What's up with all the fake names on your self posts

From a scientific point of view I think there must be something like a, to this day, unknown field of particles. Just something like the Higgs field which we can only find and messure passively. In this field of conciousness can be particles that form our spirit. They interact with each other just like all the other fields and laws of physics. Everytime a new life is born in our universe they merge to form a new conciousness. They dont disappear nor beeing eradicated. Because that would be against Newtons fundamental laws. No matter or energy is beeing lost or can be added in the whole system: universe. So, I guess, when someone dies their conciousness-particles return to the field. This will be the experience of nothingness, since one cant experience anything without sensors. (senses) So someone will either be reborn somewhere or ultimatively dies with the unknown end of our universe, which is, as we know, still uncertain to this day.
We live to remember what we die to forget.
