Re-watched pic related a few weeks ago and was actually impressed with it. Probably give it a 6/10. Some of the scenes are terrifying. Better than most "Hollywood Horrors".
I also watched the first 3 episodes of Twin Peaks because I saw a thread on here, and I have to say... it is absolute dogshit. It's really fucking bad. I hate Kyle Maclachlan with a passion, yet, he is the only character I wouldn't happily stab in the face with a pen on that show. Even Ray Wise is a dick.
Eh I didnt care for that movie that much. Watched it when it first came out cause it was talked about so much on multiple boards. The part where he jumped out the window was god damn hilarious. It was just a shock movie in the end though, nothing special. I liked how they ended it though, the movie was still going. Pretty fucked.
Also I feel you in Twin Peaks... I got about three episodes in as well before I dropped it.
Anyone ever see Pinewood Hills or something like that? The one with Matt Dillion. I liked that one even though it became retarded torwards the end.
Meh, I'm not too big on horror movies that are about mundane stuff. If it isn't paranormal it doesn't spook me in the slightest.
As for underrated movies, pic related. Kind of meh ending, but nothing ever made me as scared as this.

Thanks for the rec, anon. Looks good, gonna DL it now.

Just to be sure, OP
How old are you?
>>17506017
Twin Peaks is meh, alright show, but I'd fug the shit out of Lucy.
>>17506017
Underrated, as far as I'm concerned.
Green Inferno was such a letdown
Green Elephant is good, you can feel what sickness is, not the best movie, too long for me, but the atmosphere is really disturbing

You thought A Serbian Film was worth rewatching and you consider Twin Peaks to be absolute dogshit. You have bad taste OP.
How does /x/ feel about The Last Horror Film?
>>17506017
>Was actually impressed with it
>6/10
You should probably work on your composition OP. Cause what you said makes no sense with your outcome.
>>17506627
it was interesting but not god-tier.
serbian is a good movie, I mean seriously, a really nice direction.

Spoilers for anyone who hasn't seen Serbian Film yet, I guess.
My favorite part is near the end, when that doctor chick walks in during a huge tense moment, all bloody and holding a broken pipe.
She looks at everyone like "Look guys, I've just teared this pipe off the wall and used it as a dildo" and then proceeds to die.
It never fails to make me laugh.
Not exactly a horror movie, but /x/ as fuck. Demon's, homunculus, magic, ext...
Story is a very loose adaptation of Marlowe's version, not Geoffe's.

The 20's one.

>it has a pretty decent Ryan Reynalds performance
>baby Kickass girl
>Campy ghost scares
all in all way better than expected

This movie is good as shit.
Top tier psychological thriller
>>17506991
Exactly.
The first time I watched it the "theme" distracted me from really watching it. The ending.. well.. how could you possibly end it any better. Shits fucked up.
It was a great piece of film that gets slated because of the subject and ending.

How so?
6/10 is better than most. My initial rating was a 1/10, as is most peoples' rating.
It's a fine flick, i think it can be justified in a lot of ways. I primarily saw it as a product of the absurdly violent history of Serbia and the damage that caused on peoples psyches. A generation defined by absurdly violent conflict

this.
underageb&pls
I thought A Serbian Film was not as scary as people said.
The only scene that disturbed me a little was the dick through the face one, but that wasn't really scary, just gross and weird.

The revelation of raping his own child hit me. That's the only scene I can't see not affecting someone even in the slightest.
Martyrs is my personal favorite. It's the most intense movie i have ever seen

Geoffe? I imagine you mean Goethe
