The issue was natural causes vs suicide.... murder was never really an issue.

And the only reason there's a question between the two is that given enough time his suicide was an eventuality... the question remains whether he ever got the chance.

But either way he died at home, or in the ambulance... and it's just a question of was it a stroke/heart attack or did he actually go through with it and cut his wrists... then after he died he came back here to be a miserable SOB..
