Meh. I've had to deal with a lot of shit from a young age. I wouldn't call it trauma, but it's taken a toll on how I've been able to cope with everyday life.

I see so many good things about you. I don't really know what's causing all this pain but I feel like you will be able to overcome it if you can release some of it. I know what you mean when you say that other people can't help you and in a way you're right. I used to think talking out my bad feelings wasn't worth it but if you find the right person/people, just the act of releasing some of those thoughts and feelings can be healing. And just the knowledge that someone cares about you can be healing so give them a chance to show they care!

This may seem weird based on what I said before but I don't want to be the one to discourage you from going after this girl.. It's always possible that I picked up on your fears rather than the reality. I worked on clarifying this and I see some indications that you might be thinking about things more negatively than they actually are when it comes to her. I'm starting to think that it might be best for you to ask her out but I don't know that she'd say yes and there's a chance you will be rejected. I feel like I was mainly picking up lots of (inner) conflict and few answers.
