I understand what you're saying but it's NOT a delusion that the US collects all your data. I don't claim that they're doing anything with it to the detriment of normal US citizens now (though we can't know for sure that they don't, to be honest) but you never know what will happen. if someone collects this data and it gets into the wrong hands, lives can be ruined or people can be controlled.
