Can we discuss Gestalt psychic Fields or how thought forms are created through a collective will?

Can Gestalt Fields have a real effect on the world? For example, Will a coin have a considerably high chance to land on heads in enough people will it to happen?
Can much larger event be influenced through thought alone?
