Actual OP here.. Not a girl

This morning a heavy white fog covered the region, couldn’t see a thing outside of the fence, but everything inside of it was rather clear, no cows passed by all day, but the cats stayed here, until it started raining at least. Nothing was out of the ordinary all day and the fog cleared around noon.
I finished my dinner and tried to watch a movie with the guys before it was my shift, when I stepped out of my cabin-room it was already dark.. But the fog came back, and with the night lights.. I felt like on the set of a horror movie, it made me feel uneasy. I took some pictures since I never was in a fog this heavy and thought the horror scenery seemed cool, Pictures related.

So I went up the metal stairs to the watchtower, up there I could hear the ambient hard, winds howling, walls creeking, shortly after the guy I replaced left it started raining, the fog was so heavy at this point that I couldn’t even see the fence, there was literally nothing for me to watch for, as I could barely see even inside the perimeter.

Now, being up here alone made me feel extremley uneasy, the thick fog, the violent banging noises and the metal creeking that sounds just like something out of a horror movie, and the worst thing, it kept sounding like someone was running up the metal stairs, everytime it did I looked through the window behind me just to make sure, I was already paranoid.
I kept thinking about so many things that I got a little teary-eyed, it was horrible out here, I was here for an hour and a half at this point, also, some boerd asshole kept pressing his radio on and off to annoy people onvour backup line, and it made me jump everytime, and everytime I looked outside the window behind me I felt like someone would be there.

The storm started getting even worse and the sounds even more violent, I was extremely scared, then, when I looked out the window behind me again.. It happened.

Now.. Before I tell about this, there’s something you need to know

The window behind me, the one watching the stairs, is also watching the backside of the perimeter, and the back is built next to this slight rocky hill, one can actually jump into the perimiter through there, a security problem if you ask me, though on a normal day you’d see the guy coming from miles away.. But today, today the fog is so thick I couldn’t even see the back fence.
There is a light shining on that specific area, a large one, but all I could see it lighting on was fog..
I looked behind me not because of the sounds again, but because I felt light disappearing, and when I looked, a large shadow was in the fog. It seemed huge because of the light, a tear escaped from my eye as I saw it, because it means that there is something there, and that it got there by circling the base.
It moved, but I kept telling myself it has to be a cow passing by in the rain, I didn’t bother the guy in the radio as to not wake him up over a passing cow.
I started calming down half an hour later, when I heard something that made my heart stop, it sounded like a cow trying to fucking yodele, all of my paranoid feelings came back.
I got up and looked towards the light, no shadow.

I leaned closer towards the window to inspect. What happened gave me a heart attack. Out of the fog a large object was thrown on the window, I let out a scream and fell on the floor immediatly, it flew out of the fog like a damn basketball hitting the window hard and falling next to the tower door.

It was a fucking cow head.

I’m not ashamed to admit I was crying at this point, I was terrified. Someone tossed a cowhead like a fucking football right at me, it would’ve hit me if the window wasnt there, I immediatly started screaming through my radio for the guy to wake up and armed my weapon, he asked me whats the situation and I yelled at him to come up here armed. The other 2 woke up kept guard down the other side while he came here, he was soaking wet, poking the cow head with his gun as he asked me what happened, I told him everything.
Currently the two of us are sitting inside the watchtower, the other two watching the gate and fence. Were waiting for the backup vehicle to arrive, none of us agree looking outside the fence in this fog..
A large shadow passed by again recently, it went as fast as a passing car, all we can do is wait for the backup and for morning to come.

Actual watch officer here, one with the gshock. Calling bullshit on all of this. No way a supervisor would "kick" the evidence away, military or not. Photos would be taken at the very least. There are libraries filled with regulations and laws for abnormal activity like this
