i have been there , my grandmother acctualy lives there , its a pretty shitty place i would say on par with kingston , but kingston deffently gets the shit end of it , its because the city is so old an falling apart the upkeap is expensive as fuck so they make us pay buy makeing everything 200% more then it has to be , like gas for instance its like 60 cents almost anywhere but ontario its usualy over $1 a litre here
