I've experienced something similar. Although mine was a cartoon drawing of a girl (looked a bit like fran bow) that was also a gif. It would change to black and white and have empty black eyes and instead of repeating itself it stayed on the final freaky slide. Unfortunately, I deleted because I'm an idiot...

But anyway its probably from something you've downloaded and is just nothing. But you should still investigate it.

I've gotten pictures a lot like that from trying to recover deleted files from my hard drive.
