Dengue and stuff like that has been a huge problem for a while, the shit part of it all is that the mosquito reproduce wherever there is water accumulated from rain or things like that. But the government doesn't aknowledge the fact that every traffic sign has hollow pipes that accumulate rain water, so they shift the blame to the population.

This will become bigger news as the weather starts warming in the United States. Glad people are taking note now though. El Salvador's unofficial response to the outbreak is to ask people not to give birth until 2018.
