It doesn't look like the manga has been translated yet, just the movie and (in progress) series fansub. Another Matsumoto manga, Queen Emeraldas, is coming out soon on hardcover in English so hopefully this one gets translated at some point.

I have this hardcover set in Japanese, but cannot decode the strange Japanese runes as of yet.
