Maine Spoops/Exploration

Bump before bed, hopefully this thread doesn't die before I can check /x/ again.

Lived in Maine my whole life, gone through a couple old houses and crawled through places I shouldn't. Haven't seen a fucking thing supernatural. I am pretty sure I was almost kidnapped once, but I have long hair so they might have just wanted to see if I had drugs or was buying.
Maybe someone can dump the taxi stories.
Also bump for interest I don't have any friends up here into paranormal

I have lived in Maine all my life and I have never had any kind of creepy shit happen to me. Not even up north in border towns like Jackman. I just don't believe that Maine is spooky, or spookier than any other place in the world. These threads are useless.

I haven't seen much spooky shit in Maine. Then again, I live in Augusta. I'd imagine paranormal stuff happens more up north.

mainer here, spoops in maine come from the vibes, most of maine is forest, the forests have powerful vibes, some places in maine have seen some facked shit, some are just kinda there, and some are pretty nice, I've never had a legitimate experience in maine but i always remember some places used to really fuck with me like instinctually, like the house i grew up in would just send me into flight mode seemingly at random, then again I've always just been kinda hopefully paranoid and anxious, deep woods and old houses often invite uneasy sensations, but definitely some more than others, so i imagine if you're in the right place you could get some real spooks on at least one level of the senses

also mainer. concur with the spoopy forest vibe, but you can get that pretty much anywhere in the US.
