Yeh, I get sleep paralysis a lot, a few times I have seen grey insect type entities standing over my bed, they were pretty surprised when I noticed them.

I remember one time when I was around 7 years old at my grandpas I saw this huge white light in the forest, I was staring at it for around 5 minutes straight, I remember it started to change colours from yellow to purple (probably from me staring at it too long lol) and I remember going downstairs and outside and walking towards it. Thats all I remember from that day.
I think the had some sort of lasers go through my brain or something, one through the middle of my forehead and one through my temples.

I don't know if this could be considered abduction but it's ayy related so here goes :

This was over ten years ago, I was traveling with my family in Mexico during summer vacation. We went to this town that I will not name but some of you might recognise. Apparently, there were a high amount of UFO sightings, abduction claims and alien-related shit going on following the town's foundation so it kinda stuck with the locals. Eventually, they started making festivals and shit related to aliens in the town and it became a tourist attraction. The town was in the middle of a hilly area, and one of the biggest attractions was a big flying saucer on one of the hills. Because this is Mexico we are talking about, the flying saucer got vandalised shortly after it became popular, some dickheads put gang graffiti and all of your usual spic shit on it.

We were only passing by, we didn't plan on staying for more than 2 days in that town, we had other shit to do. I'll spare you the details of the boring shit we did on the first day. We went to an alien-themed festival, sponsored by a fried chicken restaurant, complete with staged UFO sighting and all. Nothing spooky so far, shit gets real fucked on the second day. My dad took us fishing to this place where you can bring what you catch to an on-site restaurant and get the shit cooked how you like it. Pretty cool. For the first half of the day, we fucked around with the fish cause we all sucked at fishing and couldn't catch shit. Then we start hearing people scream from the restaurant. We were evacuated from the site within 5 minutes, escorted by the local police.

We never knew what happened there other than the fact that it had something to do with a fish someone brought to be cooked, we gathered this from the short time we spoke with other tourists before we were evacuated. News articles were released about the incident but they were really vague and had the site's name and info censored. I think it's because the company that ran the fishing site took advantage of a media discretion law. Whatever.

What's truly fucked is that something happened at the flying saucer's site simultaneously. We knew because we saw police on the hill where it was as we drove away. It wasn't something small either, because, unlike the ones that escorted us out of the fishing place, those officers were not from the local police.

Also, what makes me sure the events were related : The saucer that's on the hill right now is not the same as the one that I saw on that same hill, it's smaller and blatantly fake, more than the original at least, and there is now a huge ass Trump-style wall indicating a private property around where the fishing site was and a new fishing site opened like a kilometer away from the old one, lake and all.

Don't know if it was an abduction or a bad dream

All I remember is being 8 years old and waking up and sitting on the edge of my bed. I look up and see a gray with half his body behind my bookshelf and the other half exposed to me. It was staring at me with a blank look and I couldn't move and when I tried to scream for my parents I couldn't make my voice come out.

That was my last memory before waking up in my bed the next morning
