Ok. So I talked to him, and he said that he went there during the day. So allegedly, the global elite gatherings happen at night, so this information may not be want you want.

I asked him to describe what he did there.

He said he went to the grove (the perimeter of which he described to be "kind of like a camp ground"). He didn't go into the center, but not for lack of trying. He got there, and didn't get more than a few meters passed the "beginning" of the grove when he was waved away by someone who seemed to be a "glorified park ranger." The ranger told him that "the grounds are closed until further notice" and to come back later.

My dad went there on a different occasion, a year or two after my uncle did. He said that the same thing happened to him. Note that my uncle went in the summer, and my dad in the spring, so it did happen at different times of year, yet the park ranger guy still told them both that the grove was closed "until further notice."

Keep in mind that this was a long time ago, and that they don't remember many specifics, just that they were both rebuked by a guard-esque guy.

Sorry boys, I don't think there's enough to draw any conclusions.
