I´m by no means a spiritual hippie. I´m more interested in covert global influence without emphasizing occult/spiritual elements so I don´t consider myself a believer or /x/magickian of any sorts. I did try meditating while listening to different binaural beats and activating different chakras to see if it is just bogus. Also did kundalini yoga etc. Ended up being able to "look" at myself from third-person perspective and removing my "spirit" from my body and moving it around while being awake and conscious in my physical body. I could see other "spirits" that were created by inner voices that had been gradually developing with these projections. It was impossible to even count pocket change to buy a pack of cigs with all those unnatural and useless projections breaking my focus while doing simple tasks. All in all, projections are just hallucinations that fry your brain because it´s underlying photographic capabilities are running overdrive. I´d recommend not to even try these kind of things.
