And how does someone from the physical plane, aka the 1st plane, see anything beyond this first plane, let alone past 12 planes to figure and dictate all this out?

How is someone within a box able to see outside of the box?
How can a 4 dimension exist in a 3 dimension, let alone 12 in 3?

You can't prove this. None of this matters if it can't be proven. I'm not saying this isn't true but it could very well be not-true.

You can ask a question like this but don't expect an answer. No one of this dimension that interacts with you can give you an answer to anything regarding a higher dimension.

Even what I just said -- about lower dimensions being unable to perceive higher dimensions -- is just an entire personal belief of how dimensions work itself. My answer doesn't matter to you. No one's answer matters to you.
All you can really believe in is your OWN answer.
