Hence wondering over the continuation. If you go to the website the domino image has a zip file of everything that was sent to the original members of the "game" of sorts. The sheer exclusivity of it all made it seem like less of an ARG than some freaks game (complete with a bloody knife, confession, etc. found at the end). If someone is indeed continuing it than presumably someone made the choice to pick up the knife, which is a troubling thought. Just can't figure out what the hell the next step in this puzzle is.
