Now I feel confident about the degrees for this one.

A stellium on Capricorn in the 1st house. A stellium is at least four planets in the same house. Saturn, Capricorn's ruler, is also here. This puts a lot of stress on the themes of the 1st house (Which is like the Ascendant) AND Capricorn (Which is known as the sign of the stolid workhorse). You're at risk for becoming too absorbed in these. That of self-image and the work path.

Sometimes we can look to the 7th house for clues on how to resolve this. We can also look at the individual planets in the stellium, which we'll do in a moment. In the 7th house we have both Chiron (Related to karma and pain), and South Node (Related to past lives). So, I would say getting an understanding of these themes will help you.

South Node degree in 28-29 Cancer:

"29º Cancer: A man in a prison cell, a ray of light flowing through the bars, on which a little bird stands singing.

Just to clue some of you in:

A lot of the degree interpretations are fatalistic.

IMO, they wouldn't really apply if you're in a calm and centered state of awareness nearly all the time through meditative practices.

Also some aspects contradict others so natal interps only specify really specific potentials for really specific things.

From what I understand, I have the capacity to work my way out of the structure I sometimes keep myself in if I learn how to control and channel my energy. But fighting too much without proper reason will only lead to that which binds me which is usually my own emotions.

So far it's pretty accurate. I have a tendency to fight rather than take flight. I also try to control and create harmony where I can. I have a bit of an ego but empathy doesn't escape me. I will forget to think outside of my ego.

basically I am trying to get into medschool, I am about to complete my undergrad and then I'll apply for med schools.

That's one goal, the bigger goal is to lead my country and it's people and unite them as a single powerful unit.

Now, how this motivation is actually expressed? Doing some research on the degree of various objects, I don't know. South Node trine Juno (Which I think represents this feeling in you conjunct GC). Tells me this is a previous tendency. Sun is wide conjunction to Saturn, and opposite Chiron. Both related to karma. Sun opposite Chiron refers to a block in expression. I'm agnostic on spirituality myself. But some of the correspondences are interesting.

The best advice I can give you, is to understand the nature of political activity you want to pursue (Diplomacy? Activism?) and match it up with the themes of the reading I already gave. I do I am from India so vedic astrology is a creation of my distant ancestors but its misused these days and over commercialized.

Still you do find genuinely nice vedic scholars who belong to particular families who have studied the Vedas and it's various scriptures in details. The information they provide Is always quite accurate.

Funnily enough most of them are humble enough to suggest that predictions and chart readings only gives you a path, walking that path is entirely up to you.

It was an old tradition to map out possible difficulties in the life of a child and what the parents can do to remedy it. Nowadays all kind of weirdos go to some astrologer for fun and games, they neither respect it nor take it seriously. It's a stupid game to them.
