keep striving to improve yourself, sometimes you only understand the path when you look back in the past. when you're actually in the experience it's hard to grasp what it is you're supposed to be learning. be patient yet persistent
cleanse your environment if you haven't yet, never speak a word of negativity, slowly train your mind to recognise your thought patterns and learn your weaknesses (so you can work on them) and never never never associate with negative people, anyone that drains you

The last few months, yes. Just earlier I was thinking that this might be a widespread thing. Multiple people I know have died/been treated for cancer in the last few months. Multiple people have suddenly been in car accidents as well, myself included. Pets dying, equipment breaking. It's really condensed into the last few months.

Realistically, at least by what I know of the universe, it's just a coincidence. It's strange enough that I'm not alone in noticing how shit things have been these last few months, though.

It's the holidays and the end of the year. People are stressed. The less light there is, the more on edge and stressed people get, so that adds to it. It's normal. You're just now picking up on it likely because you are probably now experiencing the same woes that come with this time of year as the rest of the adults around you. Up your vitamin D intake, try to engage in things that make you happy, and chill. It's not supernatural or anything, it's just the time of year.

Actually, yeah. My depression has gotten a lot worse the past few months. And there have been changes. Banned from my family, been homeless for a while. And obviously, stuff in the news has been extra funky, with Paris and all..

I've been feeling kinda down these past few days and I don't know why, I have no reason to feel like shit.
I find myself wanting to be alone more than usual, and this only started a few days ago.

Yes. Definitely. I feel most all people around me are loveless and unhappy and also outwardly mean and quarrelous with themselves and others without relenting.

Not everyone but out of all the people I've met moving around through my childhood I can count on 10 fingers the people who are excepted from that completely.
