Next up, two parts of the comprehensive Human Resource Exploitation Manual, detailing mental, emotional and physical torture methods and other methods of coercion.

Unfortunately the detailed descriptions of physical torture were expunged in the 90s, but it still looks promising.

I havent gone through and noted it properly yet, but you are welcome to have a go if you like.

This one is fairly well known, but its the 1953 "Study Of Assassination", used to exterminate Communists in Guetamala.

Covers clandestine assassinations and mass murders, and briefly touches on the qualities needed in an assassin. see pic for the "Conference Room" method of mass murder.
