I would think one would have to arrange for passage there by boat, and seeing as it a remote area I can almost guarantee they are all owned by the people who are controlling this "base". After that getting there either by snow mobile or helicopter would be the best bet. Snowmobile I think would be the way to go. Getting gear you could just look up and study from previous explorers. I doubt you could even get close to some this like this, since you would more than likely have to climb up or down to the entrance, let alone the security for a place like this. If it is a alien or secret government base im sure the have the most high tech thermal sensors available.

I admit anon. If you want to hide something big and very important the best place would be in Anartica in the ice. Does not have to be ayy's. Can also be a secret base, nuclear stockpile, fallout shelter for the elite, secret oil reserves, chemical weapons etc, etc.

The only that does not make sense is why build it near the coast where you know the ice will melt away after some X period of time and unover your shit.
