Most of the time I'm not around any animals, let alone when "they shouldn't be moving". Which I assume is only when they're dead. I do have a pretty creepy story about that, though.

>they usually are all sleeping, sometimes one is a jackass and keeps bleeting so they're all awake

So long as they're "humanely" treated there's nothing illegal about it. It's actually pretty normal. It's not like they disect the animals while they're still alive or anything.
