The 2nd guy drove out the car.
drove in a different car.

I wont make a webm (It takes 1~2 hours to encode a single one) since I dont have time.
I also lost interest in the stream and this whole mystery. Like others said its probably nothing.

Maybe other will continue to look for clues.
In any case if somebody was murdered there I got some kind of evidence.

I'm pretty sure that this video isn't a ruse.
The guys in the video seem are ignoring the camera.
The string in the top right of >>16924245 is WVC80N, which I'm positive refers to the Linksys Wireless‑N WVC80N, a home monitoring camera that sends signals using an Internet connection. And the video resolution looks to be 640 x 480, which is the WVC80N's max resolution.

So I looked at the shadows on the trucks outside on picture taken with the bay door opened and what appears to be a red suv.

You can also kinda make out the building across the street.

So in my procrastination to do other things I went "driving" around Madison on google maps.

If you go to street view, on 335 N Park Place, Madison WI, you can see a building called "Vilas Communication Hall"

On the west side of this building are two garage doors. Drive around a bit and you can catch several angles of them, a few include open bay door and signs letting you know what is there. PBS Wisconsin and WI Public Radio. It is also the school of journalism and mass communication. I do not think the bay doo that is open is the one the camera is in, but if you zoom in, you can see the same style metal tables, and what looks to be a door, that opens to bay 2, where in the picture to the right is, you guessed it, a door.

Across the street is a building (though washed out) that resembles the one on street view.

I started looking at the trucks and was wondering if where I thought this feed was from could have enough space to park them like that, and from google earth sat view, there appears to be a white truck parked/pulling out of there that shows they indeed might be able to fit there, depending on how the cam is skewing things and whatnot.

I'm still not 100% positive this is the place the feed is coming from, but alot of it is matching up. for what it's worth....

I'll keep looking.

"Don the Car Care Man" is the only garage in that town that I saw that had 9 windows on their bays.

To further match the pics provided, it also had a bay that had a regular door in it, and either side of the building has enough parking for trucks outside.

Also near some interesting stuff, research facilities. Looked kinda crumby but the street view was apparently only last update 2011 so who knows.

I checked the stream around that time and then the garage opened and lights went on.
