To all the people saying that the eyebrows don't line up, they don't look the same, etc, keep in mind that the original pic o the girl, the one where she's with the boy, is blurrier and lower contrast than the alleged new pic, and it was taken under lower lighting.

I superimposed the old pic of "tara" over the new pic at 50% opacity and even with the angle off by a few degrees, the eyebrows are exactly the same.

The noses do seem slightly different, until we remember lighting differences and the fact that the girl in the second pic has her head tilted slightly more away from the camera, other than that, the rest of the faces line up perfectly including the rest of the nose, hairline, distance between the eyes and the general shape of her head.

The pic on the right appears to be a film-photograph that was photographed again by a digital camera. It has been minimally compressed and the noise looks like the natural amount of noise you would expect to find on a low resolution digital photo.
