I'm almost out of ideas for a solution to #4.

It seems very unlikely another video id is encoded in the text as there'd be no obvious way to distinguish upper and lowercase letters. So as in #2, it seems we're expected to repond with a comment to advance. We are asked to answer the question (meaning of LIOUY), but there seemingly is no question.

Perhaps it relates to previous clues.

It hasn't been noted previously, but the response in #3 (to the comment in #2: "O operator give me number n") was something like "Hello world. Helen wait"

Just read the whole thread. Idk if there's a new thread about this up, didn't see one in the catalog, but in the 4th video, the voice definitely says LIAUY. ...I just have no idea what it means.
