No NSA and FBI have already won that game. Obama's cyber secuity laws will soon make it legal for them to log all domestic internet traffic.

Before viewing a website your internet traffic goes to your ISP, then the ISP connects you to the website.

After Obama and congress pass the new laws, before viewing a website your traffic will go to your ISP then get routed to the NSA/FBI systems (which will log your information and the website your trying to connect to.), their routers will then route you to the site your trying to connect to if it's not banned or blacklisted by them.

Even if you encrypt your data, the feds will still no the source and destination of your connection.
