Hi
For the last (probably) 15 years I have been trying to find a b-rated animated movie I saw on TV as a child.
Here is the info I have:
* It was probably Anime, but I am not certain. (Definitely Animated)
* The version on TV was English (dub?)
* Judging by what I remember from the animation style, it was probably created in the late 80's or in the 90's some time. I probably saw it some time between 2000 and 2002.
* Genre: Futuristic space Sci-Fi
* The characters were in a crash-landed space-ship on what was probably a desert-planet.
* While there was some nudity it was definitely not porn.
* This show had one defining feature: For some reason at some point some or all of the female characters's breasts started growing/expanding quickly, causing their shirts to tear open. I almost vividly remember a white shirt tearing off a blonde girl, but I could be wrong.

I don't know if it'll help much, But I guess I probably saw it in December 2001 or 2002, in South Africa on DSTV. The channel would have been AniMax.

This is a list from anidb containing all english dubbed anime movies and OVAs from 1980 to 2004 that had some nudity in them. It isn't any of these :/
