I want to play this game, but when I try to login with my QQ account nothing happens. What do I have to do here?

First empty line enter account name, second line enter password.
Bule button is register, yellow is log in.
Then it says you can use the third party account to log in, icon below from left to right, penguin QQ, renren, and sina weibo.
If you want to use QQ to log in maight just click that nigger penguin.
