Heyo. I'm thinking of a movie scene where there's this guy giving a speech in front of a room of people about the nature of societal acceptance or something,

and then it turns out that's how his friend is imagining him speaking, while in reality he's mentally retarded. Hours of google has led me to a lot of movies about mental disability but not the movie I'm thinking of.
