Can some guide me to some GIMP tutorials for bubbling?

Mate, by the way, you're gonna wanna first open up the image, then ctrl + j to duplicate the layer.
THEN do the liquify on the new image.
After that, erase around the tits, and it'll have a clear, non-distorted background.
