You could make an account at Kat.cr and upload your .zip or rar file there. Use the following as trackers (they're currently the most popular. too many trackers slows down your torrent). And don't forget to seed it continuously until there are enough seeders to maintain it.

Most torrent clients like microtorrent, qbittorrent, and deluge are able to create torrents. It will be something along the lines of file>create new torrent>choose files.
From there once you have the torrent created and seeding on tour local machine, share the same .torrent file or a magnet link with other people.
That's about it I think.
I can't speak for the content of your torrent, but you should compress large folders into .zip or .rar files to make it easier, especially at that kind of total size.
