Yes, but it has to be a Quadro, you need a motherboard and processor that supports VT-D, and (depending on your host, guest and virtualisation technology) you then can't use it in the host system.

Looks that I'm fucked up. Isn't a Quadro, just a GTX 860M. The host is a Win 10, the guest is a Win 7 . Thank you anyway
