Give it back, Tyrone
Also, I don't think there is, unless you straight up factory reset.

I don't know why it was locked, I am really asking for a friend. Maybe she forgot the code?

Let me get this straight, Jamal. You have a friend who locked herself out of her phone, but you never discussed why she can't get into her phone when she asked you to force your way in?
Does anyone ever fall for this shit?

I just wanted to be nice. You know, she's a girl. Girls love nice guys.

Get a warrant or give it back, officer.

Isn't there some option to reset it and then unlock using the password of a Google account already registered on the phone?
You'd need to have the Google account password, but that shouldn't pose a problem since the legitimate owner would know it, and you know her, right T-dog?

First, hook it up to a USB cable and hook that up to a PC with Windows installed. Then, go into the system and delete system32. Instantly unlocks.
