I want to download the chapter from say https://shonenjumpplus.com/episode/13932016480028980622 but it won't let me. And when I look at the page source, I get pic related.

There are people who develop rippers that automatically rearrange the images correctly, but lately they've been reticent about making them publicly available. Too many people share the links in forums the publishers keep an eye on, and the companies adjust their algorithms, forcing the rippers to start over again.

Looking at the "scrambled image" its just an x&y swap over part of it, its not really clever.
