Hey /wsr/ first time posting here.
Me being the idiot I am was messing with my pc to get some shlick visual styles going on. It all went well until I was trying to adjust the navigation buttons. I forgot to take ownership of the system 32 files beforehand and screwed up. Now it won't even properly load past the user selection screen. When I select a user, a message pops up saying that it can not run the requested task (0xc000007b) and then gives me a blank screen with just my mouse there.
Is there any way to restore my PC to factory settings without using a CD?
Using Windows 7 btw.
Also tried starting the pc with a command prompt and using rstrui.exe but it just gives the same error

Check your other drive letters: they're not the same in Windows recovery environment, and C: is usually your bootloader/EFI partition.
