I have this external HDD to USB case, but I've long since misplaced one of the cables for it.
All I've been able to find so far is that it is a AC adapter with input of "100V-240V~50/60Hz" and output of "5V/2A; 12V/2A", but when I look for such an item, the plug doesn't look at all like this socket.
Here's a few links to the item itself.

I'd greatly appreciate details on this cable/adapter that could lead me to purchase one. Thanks.

Just look for an adapter for the end of a power supply that fits your HDD. You can buy power supplies that come with multiple power adapters. Alternatively, look for a used power supply that has the same adapter end, but make sure to match the voltage and either match or exceed the amperage. The 12v/2A is for European countries, so keep that in mind.
There doesn't seem to be a universal pin out standard for these 6pin connectors
do a google image search for

Without knowing how it is wired you might destroy it
