Windows 10 is poorly optimized, especially if you upgraded to it.
And 8gb of RAM, depending on what you use your PC for, might not be enough.

It's the slimmest Windows since XP. It just gets lighter and faster every service pack.

Anyhoo OP, it's your 1070, and your not overclocking your processor.

2700K and 7700K are essentially interchangeable, so long as you actually do overclock them. 7700K is 30-40% faster at stock speeds, but that's only because its stock speed is 30% faster.

1070 is a waste of an i7. It may be new and sexy, but it's still a midrange card.
