a) figure out something that is more fun/pleasant that you can do in those contexts and practice doing it a few times and
b) make it difficult to do 4chan in those situations (delete it from history, delete apps from phone, block in in hosts file, whatever)

after a few times successfully doing something more fun and a few times failing to access 4chan your brain should start doing the other stuff by default

Also all it really takes is self will. Don't meme yourself into thinking oh no I'll NEVER STOP. If you really want to stop, literally all you need to do is not browse the site. Don't open it. It's probably one of the easier things to do.

But I get the feeling you don't actually want to leave. You're on the fence, because if you truly did want to you'd be gone by now. All it takes is a little self control, you're capable of it even if you want to pretend you're not and you're sooooo addicted
