Someone please help!!
My surface book dies at around 75 percet, it only uses battery 1 then just shuts off. I have to manually take off the tablet from the latptop with a paper clip to charge it.
Can someone tell me what I need to do to fix this issue??
Please, I need this laptop for college bad!

I don't think that anybody here has a crystal ball. Please list at first which possibilities you have already checked (i.e. which cables you have swapped with no effect)

I've no idea if this will help, but Windows 10 lets you generate a battery report, maybe there's something in there
