Hi guys, so i'm gonna buy an iphone 4s and can i still install apps on it? and since it became unsupported wich features have been removed?

Yes, you get the newest version of the app that the newest version of iOS (9.3.5) the phone supports supports.

The app store does this automatically for apps you own, but you might have to buy/get the app in iTunes before it'll let you get an old version on your phone.

Nothing's been removed from the 4S, it just doesn't get any updates past 9.3.5 .
