Best way to start creating electronic music? Youtube tutorials to watch/courses (in the UK) to take?

just torrent a sonic academy course (most use Ableton instead of FruityLoops), on sonic academy they hire electronic music artists to show how to create a song on specifics genres, plus they share the projects for each phase and the loops or samples they use. check out their Youtube channel as well.
Don't bother learning "production" until you have some theoretical basis. There is a shitton of kids who know how to make a side-chain compression out there, if you want to be relevant, better focus on knowing how to make music.
FL + YouTube tutorial is enough for most production-related stuff, theory books could be generic or focused on piano (the most straighforward instrument for the layman).
