What's the best laptop I can get for about $60 on eBay right now, including battery and power cable? I can provide my own HDD. I'm torn between the ThinkPad R500 and General Dynamics GD6000, but I'm wondering if there's something out there in a similar price range with a bit better performance. Pic unrelated, just random work stuff

I've heard of ThinkPad. Never heard of the other and looks like they stopped making them years ago. I'd definitely go with the known quantity.

I'd go with the ThinkPad personally, you could try asking on the ThinkPad General >>>/g/tpg about it, they let you ask about other cheap business grade laptops as well
